Similarly if an appointment is made and no one comes for the appointment the voucher will also be void. Every effort will be made to re book you if given more than 48 hours notice however there is no guarantee that an appointment will be available at any specific time or date.

Credit card details are required to secure any booking or full pre payment . Failure to attend a booked appointment or cancellation of the appointment without required notice will result in the appointent to be charged.

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy and should a no show occur your will be charged for your appointment.Should you arrive late to your appointment the technician will work until your allocated time has finished.
